Wellness Program

Our Wellness Program is designed for our clients that like to extend out cost of annual services. Unfortunately, due to unlimited examinations, it is reserved for patients without extensive chronic conditions and is meant to help keep them well. It is not traditionally offered to patients with pre existing conditions, with a few exceptions (such as changing the quantity of exams allowed on a per month basis).

Here at Stokesdale Veterinary Hospital, we believe in helping you extending costs out for wellness care visits. We have two wellness plan options. BOTH of these options require the following:

  1. Monthly Direct Deposit from a checking account
  2. First visit to be paid up front, but will go towards the monthly fees (details can be explained at your visit)
  3.  $30 enrollment fee
  4. A healthy pet with no known pre existing conditions (A few exceptions can be made and can be discussed with the Dr on staff). 
  5. Puppies/Kittens can enroll at their last puppy/kitten visit
  6. Commitment to one year at a time for enrollment
  7. You must pay for the first visit up front. The enrollment fee will be deducted from your account as soon as you sign up. First month fee free, enrollment fee along applies for first month. (See number 3)
Wellness Option 1 - No Dental Plan

CANINE
$29 a month
  1. Includes all Core Vaccines and Bordetella and leptospirosis. Also includes the 3 year Rabies vaccine (where applicable). 
  2. Unlimited examinations (*This can be capped off if used excessively as determined by staff)
  3. Annual bloodwork screen included. Includes chemistry/liver panel/ Complete blood count panel + heartworm test screen.
  4. 10% off a spay or neuter when the recommended protocol of an IV catheter and fluid therapy is selected
  5. 10% off of in house bloodwork
  6. 10% off of all surgeries.
  7. 10% off of Diagnostic X rays
  8. Two fecal screenings a year

FELINE
  1. Unlimited examinations (*This can be capped off if used excessively as determined by staff)
  2. Annual bloodwork screen included. Includes chemistry/liver panel/ Complete blood count panel + FeLV/FIV test screen.
  3. 10% off a spay or neuter when the recommended protocol of an IV catheter and fluid therapy is selected
  4. 10% off of in house bloodwork
  5. 10% off of all surgeries.
  6. 10% off of Diagnostic X rays
  7. One dewormer a year
  8. Includes all Core Vaccines and FeLV vaccines and the 3 year Rabies vaccine (where applicable). 
Wellness Option 2 - Wellness + Dental Plan

CANINE OR FELINE

$49 a month


  1. Includes everything as mentioned on the Wellness Option 1 Plan PLUS
  2. Annual dental cleanings under anesthesia. This does not include extractions for severe dental disease or medications if the pet is determined to need them.
